Eric is an associate in the firm’s Probate, Trust, and Guardianship Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of probate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation. Eric represents fiduciaries and individuals in all forms of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, including will and trust contests, breach of trust actions, contested guardianships, and tortious interference litigation.
Eric earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, Eric served as the Executive Editor for Volume 45 of the Nova Law Review.
Prior to joining Gutter Chaves, Eric practiced general civil litigation and transactional real estate at a boutique firm in Boca Raton. Before attending law school, Eric worked in sales for a multi-national manufacturing company headquartered in Lexington, KY. Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH, where he majored in Marketing.
