Jesch is an Associate in the firm’s Estate, Trust, and Guardianship Litigation group. She represents beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and families in complex estate, trust, and guardianship matters, including will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, and contested probate proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Jesch practiced probate administration and estate litigation in North Carolina. She also served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted felony cases for five years, including violent crimes and juvenile offenses.
Jesch is admitted to practice in Florida and North Carolina and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Western District of North Carolina. She earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College. She also completed the Transforming Community and Public Policy Program at American University’s School of Professional Studies.
